The rules for using ELi’s app, programming, and website.
Last updated 8 October 2026 (version 2026-10-08).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Everybody Lock In Pty Ltd (ACN 700 270 202, ABN 93 700 270 202) ("ELi", "we", "us") for your use of the ELi app, the coach dashboard and everybodylockin.com (together, "ELi"). By creating an account, buying a membership or program, or using ELi, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
ELi is a training platform. It provides workout programming, tools to log and track your training, nutrition and habits, and community features such as leaderboards, a feed, messages and call outs. Some features are only available to members, and features may change over time.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use ELi. By using ELi you confirm that you are 16 or older and that the date of birth you give us is accurate.
Give us accurate information, keep your login details secure and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away at hello@everybodylockin.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
A membership gives you access to member features (including shared programming, leaderboards and community features) while it is active. Memberships are bought on everybodylockin.com, not in the app.
Price. The price and billing frequency of each plan are shown before you buy. You are charged in Australian dollars.
Free trial. If a plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken when it ends.
Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each week, six months or year, depending on your plan) and you are charged the plan price at each renewal, until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by logging in to your account on everybodylockin.com and choosing Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your access generally continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling during a free trial means you won't be charged. Deleting your account also cancels your membership straight away.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.
Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Change of mind. We don't give refunds if you simply change your mind, including for any part of a billing period after you cancel. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law described above, or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law.
EU, EEA and UK customers. If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the consumer laws where you live may give you a right to cancel your membership within 14 days and to a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights you have under those laws. When you check out, you ask us to start your membership straight away. To cancel under these rights, email hello@everybodylockin.com.
To ask for a refund, email hello@everybodylockin.com.
If we offer programs or e-books for sale, buying one gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it through your ELi account for your own training. It does not include a membership or member-only features. You may not copy, share, resell or publish it. Section 5 applies to purchases.
ELi provides general fitness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Physical training carries a risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Train within your abilities, use proper technique and equipment, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Nutrition figures, calculated weights and AI-generated content are estimates and may be inaccurate.
To the extent permitted by law, you take part in training at your own risk.
Some features use AI provided by a third party (OpenAI), such as estimated nutrition for foods. These features are optional and off unless you turn them on in Settings, and you can turn them off at any time. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is general information only, not medical, health or nutrition advice. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is shared when these features are on.
You own the content you post on ELi (for example posts, photos, videos, comments, messages and your profile). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and share your content within ELi, as needed to run and improve ELi and to show it to the people you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with others or kept as allowed by our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the rights to anything you post.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, send or share anything that:
You must not misuse ELi: no hacking, scraping, overloading, getting around our access rules, or creating accounts to evade a block or ban.
You can report content and accounts, and block other users, from within the app. We aim to review reports promptly, and we may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms. Contact hello@everybodylockin.com if something needs urgent attention.
ELi, including our programming, workouts, written content, design, software, name and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use ELi for your own training while your account is active. You may not copy, sell, share or republish our programming or content.
You can stop using ELi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other users or ELi. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
We may change, add or remove features. We may update these Terms; if the changes are significant we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your membership and stop using ELi.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: we provide ELi "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you for any claim relating to ELi is limited to resupplying the service or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland. If you live in another country, you may also have rights under the laws of where you live that cannot be excluded, and these Terms do not take those away.
Questions about these Terms: hello@everybodylockin.com. Everybody Lock In Pty Ltd, ABN 93 700 270 202.
